My wife and I Inc with our 16mth old daughter had a 5 night stay here and it was excellent. We had a bigger room to fit our travel cot and there was still loads of space! Fantastic bathroom, a great kitchenette with a washing machine, and a short walk to Kanda station enabling us to reach anywhere in the city. We couldn’t have had a better introduction to Tokyo than this hotel. The staff were super friendly and so welcoming, they helped make the stay great. By the lifts in the foyer, they had basic travel items such as razors, toothbrushes and hair ties available along with tea bags and coffee. If I’m in Tokyo again, I’ll be staying here!

We stayed here because they said the rooms had a washer and dryer. We booked one of their larger rooms and paid more money for the larger room. The room we were given do not have a washer or dryer. It was much smaller than the room they showed in the picture that we paid for. Very disappointing overpriced and we do not get what we paid for.

Stayed 2Ns in the single room A type. Having stayed in three other TokyuStay properties in Tokyo, this has got to be the worse as is the dirtiest property I have stayed in Japan. Strands of hair were left on the bad, the hand towels and sink top. And the house keeping actually stack the bath floor towel with the body towels. While is very cheap to stay during Sakura season within Chuo area... the level of hygiene is terrible. Don’t recommend and definitely look elsewhere if you can.

Near Kanda and Shin Nihombashi station. Second time to book hotel in Kanda area since not very expensive, lots of cheaper food choices. Loved the interior of the hotel, modern and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan I've been in. Bigger bath tub than most. Breakfast buffet is 500 yen only but limited choices. We saw salad, bread, yogurt, soup, scrambled eggs, potatoes and rice. No meat though when we were there.

The hotel is well located with only few minutes apart from JR lines and Tokyo Station by walk. It has all the amenities available at demand and the staff is friendly and English speaking. The room we got is a bit small, but fairly good. The air-conditioning was a bit random however as we were cold or hot sometimes. It was also a bit noisy as we were able to hear the cars from the highway which is just in front of the hotel.
